La Union Maze - The 13 acre cornfield features a farm animal corral, cow train and other family activities, plus tractor-pulled wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, and “the best maze in the area”. 5 to 10 p.m. at 1101 Highway 28 in La Union, N.M., next to Zin Valle Winery. Oktoberfest - The German Air Force Air Defense Center will host its final celebration at Ft. Bliss. The event will feature authentic German beer made especially for Oktoberfest, spotlight German food, and include entertainment by the Original Bavarian Brass Band from Germany and the German Air Force Schuhplattler dance troupe. 6 p.m. in Building 747, Carter and Pleasonton roads on Fort Bliss. Downtown Ghost Tour – El Paso Ghost Tours will take you inside downtown’s most haunted and historical buildings and conduct full paranormal investigations. Two walking tours, 8 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Meet at Leo’s Mexican Restaurant, 315 E Mills Ave. Tickets are $15 online and $20 at the door, discounts available. More Details

Boba Fest - Sun City Sci Fi special event featuring Daniel Logan, who portrayed young Boba Fett in “Star Wars Episode II Attack of the Clones” and is the voice of Boba Fett in “The Clone Wars” animated TV series. Farmer’s Market at Ardovino’s Desert Crossing – The annual “producers only” market featuring area farmers, backyard gardeners and artisans selling organic and pesticide-free vegetables, locally-made goat cheeses, natural free range chickens and eggs, native plants for home and yard, fresh-baked breads and salsas. SUNDAY:

Oktoberfest - Today is the final day ever that the German Air Force Air Defense Center will host its celebration at Ft. Bliss. The final day is called "Family Day" and no tickets are needed.
