Need something to do this weekend?? How about eat some of the worlds largest enchilada?! Well you can if you are in the city of the crosses! It's The Whole Enchilada Fiesta!

I can't believe it's the end of September already,  but yes! The Whole Enchilada Fiesta is here. I remember it being so much fun as a kid, so take the kiddos! The parade just wrapped up this morning and tomorrow there will be the making of the world's largest enchilada by Robert Estrada from Roberto's! Bands will play, but due to unseen circumstances Los Tigres Del Norte will not be performing. All in all it should be fun for the fam filled with roasted corn, games, booths and funnel cakes!
