If you had a baby in 2014 and named the child Noah or Emma, you were weren't the only one who did -- not by a long shot.

The Social Security Administration just released its list of the most popular baby names in America in 2014 and Noah and Emma were the No. 1 names given to babies both nationwide and in Texas.

In fact, with a few exceptions -- such as Jose and Victoria -- this year's top baby names in the state aren't all that different than the rest of the country. Eight of the top 10 names given to girls, and five of the top 10 names given to newborn males in Texas were also the most popular names in America.
