Have you seen the commercial with a raised fist saying "The revolution is coming"? Turns out, there isn’t going to be a group of villagers with pitchforks storming City Hall, it’s a credit union ad.

UTEP communications professor Dr. Richard Pineda says ads like these are called "buzz marketing", and they’re designed to tease you with information. One of the problems with buzz marketing is that people take the ads literally, which, in this case, had a lot of people calling ABC 7 to find out what the heck the ads were about.

The good news is, the ad is for Evolve Federal Credit Union, and their announcement of big changes involving dividends and financial rewards for current and future members.

So, relax and don’t worry about keeping an eye out for the villagers.
