The Band Cake Performing in El Paso in June

The alternative rock band Cake will be performing in El Paso for one night only at Tricky Falls in June.

Cake hit the music scene back in 1991 with their debut album "Motorcade of Generosity" and since then have released five more albums including their latest album "Showroom of Compassion", which debuted at #1 on Billboards Top 200.

The band is best known for such hits as "The Distance", "Never There", "Short Skirt/Long Jacket" and even a version of Gloria Gaynor’s, "I Will Survive".

Cake will be performing in El Paso at Tricky Falls on June 23 with doors opening at 7:00 p.m. No word yet on who the opening band will, if any.
