Teen Gives Judge Attitude and the Middle Finger – He Gives Her 30 Days in Jail [VIDEO]

Miami teen Penelope Soto was recently busted for crashing her bike while on some pills. Monday, the 18-year-old went before a judge to have her bond set, but she was acting weird and disrespectful -- to the judge of all people -- and ended up paying the price ... both literally and figuratively.

Acting weird got her bond doubled from  $5,000 to $10,000, but things quickly went from bad to worse for her in the blink of an eye. Or better yet, in the flip of a bird. As Soto turned to leave she gave him the finger while whispering "[eff] you" under her breath. Big mistake.

He called her back, found her in criminal contempt, and gave her 30 days in the county jail!
