The biggest sports radio station in El Paso will partner with the hottest name in baseball as Team 600 ESPN El Paso officially announced its partnership with the El Paso Chihuahuas Tuesday at the Chihuahuas' pro shop in downtown El Paso.

Townsquare Media of El Paso GM Brad Dubow and Chihuahuas GM Brad Taylor -- "The Brads," as SportsTalk host Steve Kaplowitz called them -- were on hand to announce the new three-year deal to broadcast the games.

Team 600 will air all 144 regular season and all potential Pacific Coast League playoff games on its air with play-by-play man Tim Hagerty, who begins his eighth season with the San Diego Padres organization. The Padres are the Chihuahuas' Major League Baseball parent club.

In addition, Team 600 will provide traffic reports prior to all home games to help fans navigate the easiest routes to watch games at the new downtown baseball park.

Team 600 ESPN is proud to announce its affiliation with El Paso's newest sports entity, making the Chihuahuas the latest name in a pantheon of sports properties, leagues and schools to call the station home.

Team 600 is home to the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Longhorns, the NFL, the BCS, college football and basketball, high school football, and now El Paso Chihuahuas baseball.
