On Friday night, Taylor Swift brought her massive 1989 Tour home to Nashville, the city in which she officially launched her country-pop music career. During the prodigious return at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena, Swift brought out a particularly special guest, much to the delight of the shrieking, sold-out crowd: Aerosmith's Steven Tyler.

Tyler was welcome onstage to perform his band's 1998 smash hit single "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing" with Swift, the two performing a rousing duet of the emotional Armageddon track against a backdrop of exploding pyrotechnics.

"I don't quite know what else to say other than, I think when you've sold over 150 million albums with your band, when you have become an absolute rock n' roll icon..." Swift teased the crowd before introducing the rock legend, adding, "The person that's about to come out on stage has been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with his band... Aerosmith. Steven Tyler's here, Nashville!"
