Taste of El Paso Preview: Mesa Street

Taste of El Paso is just a few days away were we will be featuring 12 of the areas best restaurants, including Mesa Street.

Mesa Street is known for its stellar food all year long but this year at Taste of El Paso they are raising the bar by serving up a delicious roasted pork belly with refried chipotle black beans, fried beef skin with pimento and cilantro, and a citrus aioli and morita red chile sauce.

We were blown away by all the wonderful and delicate flavors of this dish. The pork was perfectly tender and not greasy at all. This is one dish you definitely do not want to pass up at this year’s Taste of El Paso.
