Taste Of El Paso Preview 2013 – Pelicans Steak and Seafood

We are gearing up for Taste of El Paso and it’s sure to please. Today I previewed the food that will be served at Taste of El Paso, Pelicans Restaurant. What a meal they have in store for you!

If you have not been to Pelicans, you need to plan on going to either the Eastside or Westside location. Owner Jim Diaz sat with me and spoke not only about both locations but also what he has in store for Pelicans and most importantly, the food he is going to have at Taste of El Paso. For starters, a creamy and amazing New England Clam Chowder. The main dish is a tasty Blackened Atlantic Salmon that stays hot to the last bite.
