Taste Of El Paso 2013 Preview – Suzu Restaurant
We are gearing up for Taste of El Paso and it’s time to give you a sneak peek of the food you’ll be enjoying at this annual culinary event. Today I previewed the food from Suzu Restaurant and it was incredible.
Their menu item is a short rib, with a shitake marmalade, escabeche veggies and salsify-whipped potatoes. As a bonus, another plate of garlic shrimp with guajillo butter and chili with some kick. Co-owner’s, Chef Victor Rodriguez and Jose Herrera were there with me as I sampled these unique tasting dishes. Below are pictures of both and trust me, you do not want to miss out on getting a “taste” of these.
