Taste of El Paso 2013 Preview – Magic Bistro

It’s not often that I get to have lunch away from the studio but I was able to sneak away to have lunch at Magic Bistro as we get ready for a Taste of El Paso. 

Their menu item is: Walnut Craisin Encrusted Salmon on a bed of greens with homemade pomegranate dressing.

Fresh salmon encrusted with walnuts and craisins on a bed of fresh greens drizzled with homemade pomegranate dressing. This delectable dish will have your taste buds exploding with flavor!
