Mean Girls and musical chairs – that’s what El Paso City Council has been like lately, but it looks like things are going to settle down a bit.  City Reps who asked to be moved away from City Rep Lily Limon have decided to go back to their regular chairs, and save taxpayers thousands of dollars in the process.

There has been a lot of controversy over the Shawver Park lights display that was pushed through El Paso City Council by City Rep. Eddie Holguin.  Holguin was warned that it was too late to put on a good display, but he called City Manager Joyce Wilson and City Reps 'grinches' when they said it would be best to wait until next year to put together a good display.  Ultimately, he got his lights.  W
