The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department will host the spring 2013 edition of Art in the Park from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on May 18th and 19th at Memorial Park!
This art will have you dong a double-take. Carefully painted and positioned hands and arms look like real animals.
