Sun Metro Detours Routes for El Paso Street Car Project

Sun Metro will be temporarily detour certain routes due to the Street Car Project, beginning today, Tuesday, September 20, 2016.

The Street Car Project will require Sun Metro to temporarily detour two Brio stops in downtown along Franklin between Oregon and Santa Fe. The impacted routes are 4, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and Brio.

The detours are expected to be in place for approximately three weeks. The impacted routes will likely see delays due to traffic in the construction area, especially during peak hours. Drivers will make courtesy stops as needed.

Detours:

• The outbound Brio stop on Franklin and Oregon will be temporarily closed due to construction. Passengers are asked to go to the bus stop on Mesa and Franklin.
• The inbound Brio stop on Franklin and Santa Fe will be temporarily closed due to construction. Passengers are asked to go to the bus stop on Mesa and Wyoming.
