Sun Metro Detours Routes for Chalk the Block

Sun Metro will detour routes beginning Thursday, October 13^th for Chalk the Block event in the Downtown area.

The Sun Metro bus detours will be in place through Monday, October 17, 2016. The impacted routes are 1, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 34, 35, 36, 50 and Brio. Sun Metro drivers will make courtesy stops along the detoured routes as required and staff will monitor the area for any passengers needing assistance.

Sun Metro Detours:

Route 1

• Buses traveling outbound from the Downtown Transfer Center will exit on Fourth, make a left onto Mesa, right onto Wyoming and return to regular route.
• Buses traveling inbound will not be affected.

Route 9

• Buses traveling outbound on Santa Fe will make a right onto Wyoming, right onto Kansas and return to regular route.
• Buses traveling inbound will not be affected.

Routes 10, 11, 14, 15 & Brio

• Buses traveling on Santa Fe will make a right onto Paisano, left onto Mesa and return to regular route.
• Buses traveling inbound on Mesa will make a left onto Franklin, right onto Kansas, right onto Paisano, left onto Santa Fe and proceed into the Downtown Transfer Center.

Routes 34, 35, 36 & 50

• Buses traveling outbound on Fourth will make a left onto Mesa and return to regular route.
• Buses traveling inbound on Mesa will make a left onto Franklin, right onto Kansas, right onto Paisano, left onto Santa Fe and proceed into the Downtown Transfer Center.

Brio

• Buses traveling outbound on Fourth will make a left onto Mesa, right onto San Antonio, left onto Stanton, left onto Main, right onto Mesa and return to regular route.
• Buses traveling inbound on Mesa will make a right onto Paisano, left onto Santa Fe and proceed into the Downtown Transfer Center.
