Before you head out for the day, don't forget, there is going to be some nasty weather your're going to have to deal with.

Our news partners at ABC-7 have issued a StormTrack Weather First Alert for today.  They are forecasting winds of up to 50mph, and that will kick up dust and sand, and could mean reduced visibility.

The high is supposed to be 57 degrees, but with the winds, it will feel much colder, so bundle up the chilluns before they head out to school.  The winds are expected to hit around 8 o'clock this morning and blow out of town by the afternoon.

Remember to give yourself plenty of time to get where you're going, be ready to dodge trash cans blowing into the street, and turn on your lights even if you think there is plenty of sunshine.  It's hard to see a car with blowing dust and sand, and it's always better to be safe than sorry!
