Sierra Urgent Care Center is El Paso's cost-effective alternative to the emergency room.  Patients are provided with a one-stop option for unscheduled, time-sensitive urgent care.  They're a great alternative to the ER and other clinics. A visit to one of their centers usually lasts less than an hour, which means you can get in, get treated by experts, then get on with the rest of your day!

If you're faced with a medical emergency, their priority is to make this unexpected event as comfortable as possible. With well-equipped emergency departments at Sierra Medical Center, Providence Memorial Hospital and Sierra Providence East Medical Center they feel assured that you and your loved ones will receive high quality care. The emergency departments at their facilities treat illnesses ranging from life threatening traumas to scrapes and bruises. In order to properly assess your injury or illness, a triage nurse will review the problem that prompted your visit to the emergency department.

Fast Track Care Center 
Sprained ankles, minor cuts or fevers all require prompt care. The Fast Track Care Centers at Sierra Medical, Providence Memorial and Sierra Providence East treat these patients alongside those suffering life-threatening emergencies.

Heart Care 
The emergency staff has a protocol in place for patients having an acute myocardial infarction that is enacted as soon as a patient presents with symptoms. This instantly activates diagnostic and treatment modalities for heart patients, saving valuable time. This protocol helps ensure that patients get potentially lifesaving treatment such as angioplasty as quickly as possible.
