Imagine a water slide that’s over 3 football fields long. You won’t have to imagine it for too much longer since you’ll have a chance to experience it for yourself on May 23rd! It’s a ride that sure beats the slip ’n slide many of us cooled down with in the backyard as kids.
I was at a remote earlier today and had the pleasure to work with a couple of people wearing some pretty spiffy Christmas sweater-vests. After we shared a good laugh, we began talking about some of the more impressive Christmas sweaters we’ve seen (and how they can really be a thing of beauty).
I must admit that for a time video games and the absurd held a pretty important place in my childhood. While today’s video games are way too intricate for me, I never lost my joy for coming across anything that’s ridiculous.
The 4th Annual SrA Danny Ray Sanchez 5K Memorial Run will be taking place on Saturday, August 30th at Montwood High School. It’s officially graduation season and the only advice I feel comfortable giving our newly graduated brethren is this; Enjoy life and always try and do what makes you happy BUT prepare to be humbled once or twice along the way (then get up and do it again anyway, just because you can).
A brand new crop of college graduates has been set loose on the city (congratulations to you!) and I’m sure that a few of those grads are a bit worried as to what comes next. I wouldn’t get too worked up over that though because a recent study feels that El Paso is definitely up to the task.
