Santa Helps Soldier Surprise His Daughter for Christmas

A soldier from Tennessee returned home after a nine-month deployment in Afghanistan and surprised his daughter with an assist from Santa Claus himself.

Trent Bakersville's unexpected reunion was set up by his wife and timed to coincide with thier six-year-old daughter Jordynn's Santa visit at a Clarksville, Tenn., mall last Tuesday.

When Jolly Ole St. Nick asked her what she wanted for Christmas, Jordynn replied that she wanted her dad to come home. Santa made her close her eyes and when he told her to open them again, Trent was standing there.

Jordynn was momentarily stunned before screaming "daddy!" and sprinting to him, then giving him a big hug.

Sigh. So many feels.
