Recycled Christmas Tree Multch Available in El Paso

Remember those Christmas trees you recycled? Now it is mulch that you can pick up for your gardening needs for FREE!

The City of El Paso Environmental Services Department now has that mulch made of recycled fresh cut Christmas trees! Wonderful for yard projects coming up for the spring and summer months!

ESD residential customers just need to bring a current water bill and I.D. and they can pick up the pine scented mulch for FREE at any of the department’s five Citizen Collection Stations!
