Rachel Platten Duets ‘Fight Song’ with 7-Year-Old Cancer Patient

Rachel Platten surprised a 7-year old cancer patient to sing a duet of her latest hit single, "Fight Song."

Jeremiah Succar is a cancer patient at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles, and after his parents heard Platten’s latest hit tune, not only did the family identify with the song and it’s lyrics, they also set out to see if Rachel Platten would come to meet Jeremiah.

Jeremiah’s parents took to social media to get Platten’s attention using the hashtag #RachelMeetJeremiah, and it worked.

The meeting was a surprise for Jeremiah who was overwhelmed to meet the singer and then together sang along to Platten’s single, "Fight Song."
