‘Pumped Up Kicks’ with a Mariachi Twist [VIDEO]

One of the main attractions at Saturday's Mexican Food Cook-off is the annual Battle of the Rock N Roll Mariachi competition. Local Mariachi bands will compete to see who can best take a rock song, incorporate traditional Mariachi instruments, and transform it into something that on paper shouldn't go together, much less sound good. 

As an example, I offer up this video from a recent Foster the People show in Guadalajara, Mexico. Not only is the 'Pumped Up Kicks' dance-electronica-Mariachi mash-up a fun listen, but they all look so adorable in their sombreros!
