Presidential Hopeful Michele Bachmann Shows Her Lack of Elvis Presley Knowledge [VIDEO]

ANOTHER BACHMANN BLOOPER: During a campaign stop in South Carolina yesterday, Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann urged her supporters to wish the late Elvis Presley a happy birthday.

While it was a nice gesture, it would have been more appropriate on January 8th, the date of his actual birthday. Yesterday, August 16th was the anniversary of The King’s DEATH!!!

While in Waterloo, Iowa to officially launch her presidential run ealier this year, Bachmann said John Wayne was from Waterloo, Iowa. John Wayne was actually born in Winterset, Iowa. Serial killer John Wayne Gacy, however, WAS born in Waterloo. (He's the guy who dressed up like a clown and killed 33 boys and young men between 1972 and 1978.)
