President Obama Speaks About The Death Of American Hostage Kayla Mueller [VIDEO]

For over a year, the family of Kayla Mueller, a 26 year old American who has been held hostage by ISIS, hoped against hope that she would be released unharmed. Today, the world found out that Kayla is dead.

Her family said they were contacted by ISIS who sent photos for confirmation that Kayla had been killed, in their words, by a Jordanian airstrike some time ago. Because there was no so-called 'proof of death', it was hoped that Kayla would be found alive and possibly released.

Unfortunately, the proof that no one wanted to see, came through today. Our condolences go out to the Mueller family for their heartbreaking loss. Our thoughts also go out to the troops who have been deployed on rescue missions for all the American hostages. They are the reason we enjoy the freedoms we have. Our thoughts also go out to President Obama at this time. It is clear from his interview that he is as devastated by the news of Kayla's death as everyone else. He has a terribly difficult job, and agree or disagree with his politics, he is also suffering this tragic loss.
