In his second statement in less than 24 hours, President Obama confirmed earlier this morning that there are no suspects, no one is in custody, and no one has claimed responsibility for Monday's Boston Marathon bombings. Obama referred to the bombings as an "act of terrorism" and a "heinous and cowardly act," and said the FBI's investigation was still in the beginning stages. Three people were killed yesterday including an 8-year-old boy who was there to watch his dad finish the race. 144 people were injured, 10 of who lost limbs.
