Paisano Ramp Will Close Due to Expressway Project Construction

If any part of your commute involves using the westbound Paisano Drive entrance ramp, plan on finding an alternate route beginning Monday, January 11.

The ongoing construction of the Border West Expressway will result in the closure of the US 85 westbound entrance ramp from Racetrack Drive in order to construct retaining walls and bridges for the project.

From January 11 until further notice, access of Paisano Drive (U.S. 85) or I-10 will require using Sunland Park Drive. Buena Vista neighborhood residents and visitors will need to use Doniphan Drive and Racetrack Drive instead.

The exit ramp from eastbound Paisano Drive to Racetrack Drive will remain open.
