City Council Representative Cortney Niland has sold her 5 bedroom Upper Valley home.

Newschannel 9 reports Niland and her husband Jack unloaded the Hacienda-style home they purchased in 2005 on March 21 for an undisclosed amount.

Among the highlights of the luxurious 4,513 square foot home are imported hand painted tile floors, hand carved doors, and exposed beams throughout, according to the listing on realtor.com.

If you hate sharing a bathroom this would have been the house for you; all 5 bedrooms have their own private bath. Ooh, fancy!

No word on what the asking price was or how much it sold for, but it was last appraised in 2016 at $503,000.

According to public records, the home was bought by Mayor Oscar Leeser's daughter, Melissa, and her husband Justin Ramirez.

Veeeery interesting. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.
