New Mexico State Fair to Host Spam Recipe Contest

The New Mexico State Fair will be hosting a Spam cooking contest this year and Spam lovers all over rejoice. For three straight years, someone from New Mexico has won the national contest, and that has never happened before in state fair history.

This year they are excited to announced the Spam recipe contest. They are focused on local and regional recipes including the main ingredient, Spam.

To enter, all you have to do is search NM State Fair Competitions and click on Home Arts. Click on the Home Preparation tab to get to the “Premium Book” where all the contests will be located. Scroll down to Spam Championship and find a colored can of Spam and all the rules of the contest. Spam away!
