New Mexico State Fair Gets Official Beer – Starts Today

The New Mexico State Fair is here! And that means you can now taste the official beer of the fair. The New Mexico State Fair will run from Sept. 10-20 with a ton of great activities, shows and concerts.

This year, fair goers can look forward to tasting the official beer of the New Mexico State Fair. La Cumber Brewing Company was chosen to make the new beer and it took a total of five months to get it just right. The official beer is a cream ale made with New Mexico-bred hops. The ale will now be available in cans and on tap at local retailers, leading up to the State Fair.
