New Mexico Chinese Lantern Festival Looks Like a Dream Come True

If you are looking for a road trip, the New Mexico Chinese Lantern Festival is an event that will probably have you making plans to hit the road.

Starting October 6th, the lands of New Mexico will be shining a little brighter. Beautiful handmade lanterns by artisan's from China's Sichuan province will glisten all across Expo New Mexico.

Not only will you be amazed by the beauty of lanterns, but you can taste the delicious Chinese and traditional fair food. There will be performances featuring Contortion, face changing, plate spinning, Uygur dance, Mongolian dance, and Tibetan dance.
