New Gabrielle Giffords Pictures

Arizona Representative Gabrielle Giffords was attending a town hall meeting outside a grocery store in Tucson back in January.  That was the last normal, regular thing she did before a crazy person decided to try and kill her by shooting her in the head.  But she didn't go down without a fight, and we have the pictures to prove it!

Some new pictures of Representative Giffords have been released, and she looks great! 

That signature smile and gleam in her eye are still there, and she looks like she's ready to take on the world!  This picture was taken the day after she watched her husband, Mark

Kelly (he's the super cute guy who's waving), take the Space Shuttle Endeavour on it's final mission into space.  Dang, these people sure are a couple of slackers, no?!

She's still in a Houston rehabilitation hospital, and even though she's made a lot of progress, there is still a long road ahead of her.  But isn't it great to see that smile?  Best wishes to Representative Giffords and her family!
