Movies in the Canyon 2013 Schedule

One of El Paso's best kept summer secrets is back. “Movies in the Canyon” returns to the picturesque McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre beginning this weekend. Right around dusk every Friday and Saturday through mid-October (approximately 8:30 p.m. this time of year, 7:30 p.m. in the fall), a blockbuster movie will be shown on an inflatable screen set up on the stage of the amphitheater.

The movies are all family friendly, most relatively current, and best of all; shown at no charge! Although bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed, popcorn, soft drinks and other snacks are sold at the concession stand.

So if you’re looking for a chill date night under the stars, or just want to spend family time in the great outdoors, Movies in the Canyon at McKelligon Canyon is certainly an option to consider.
