So for the last month I have been working out and eating well and managed to lose 11lbs.

I will tell you that I did not do this alone! I of course had help from my new friends at Inches - A-Weigh!

Inches- A- Weigh is a  new facility located on the website at 6633 N. Mesa St. Ste. 102 that is dedicated to helping women change their lifestyles!

My routine consisted of working out 4 x a week, following a specific diet tailored to me and plenty of water!

In the next few days I will share more specifics and take you on my journey of how I lost weight and started feeling great!
