COVER SHOT - MILEY BARES ALL: MILEY CYRUS graces the cover of W magazine's March issue in nothing but bangles, rings, bleached eyebrows, and a couple of strategically placed pillows. In the accompanying interview, Miley comes in like a wrecking ball (see what I did there?) about a number of subjects, including her dislike of kids, her love of marijuana and her indifference towards the haters.

On why she totally comfortable being naked: “We never were inside, and we never wore shoes. I think it’s why I like wearing no clothes so much and I’m always naked.”

On her love of the ganja: “I love weed. I just love getting stoned. I just want it to be back to where it’s, like, organic, good weed.”

On having children one day: “I don’t love kids. I don’t love them because, I mean, I think I was around too many kids at one point—because I was around a lot of kids.”

On what's wrong with girls nowadays: “I just don’t get what half the girls are wearing. Everyone to me seems like Vanna White. I’m trying to tell girls, like, ‘Fuck that. You don’t have to wear makeup. You don’t have to have long blonde hair and big titties. That’s not what it’s about. It’s, like, personal style.’ I like that I’m associated with sexuality and the kind of punk-rock shit where we just don’t care.”

On her haters: “I don’t give a sh*t. I’m not Disney, where they have, like, an Asian girl, a black girl, and a white girl, to be politically correct, and, like, everyone has bright-colored T-shirts. You know, it’s like, I’m not making any kind of statement. Anyone that hates on you is always below you, because they’re just jealous of what you have.”

On water: “I think water’s, like, a really important thing”

UPDATE - MORE DETAILS EMERGE ON PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN'S FINAL DAYS: As more details emerge about PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN'S death, one thing is becoming very clear -- Hoffman was in complete drug relapse after 23 years of sobriety.

Initially, word was there were 10 baggies and / or envelopes of heroin scattered around him when he was found dead Sunday, but there may have been a lot more -- as many as 50 to70 more! Police supposedly also found more than 20 used hypodermic needles, a charred spoon and anti-anxiety meds he may not have had a prescription for.

Meanwhile . . . New York City papers are reporting that Hoffman's longtime girlfriend Mimi O'Donnell had kicked him out because of his heroin addiction and that's why he was renting the apartment he was found in. One source says, O'Donnell "had given him some tough love and told him he needed some time away from the kids and to get straight again."

Now, there's a possibility that they're connected to some sort of a wireless amplification system, but if that was case, wouldn't there be a transmitter hooked up to the guitars' output jacks, and wouldn't they be wearing wireless packs? On Monday, a source close to Bieber’s former girlfriend SELENA GOMEZ told Hollywood Life she has “briefly seen it to see if it was true and she hates every minute of it and thinks it is beyond disgusting.” The source added, “She’s sad, mad and actually a little happy to see that she is away from this version of Justin – a Justin she is not familiar with at all.”

Sources say that Eva – who supposedly split from RYAN GOSLING recently – told Transportation Security Administration officials that she wouldn’t be able to pass through the scanners because she’s pregnant. Mendes’ people, however, are denying the report. Says her rep, “She has never gone through the scanners at the airport; she has always elected to be hand checked instead.”

COULD BE TRUE, BUT PROBABLY CRAP - BRUCE JENNER TO BECOME BRIGITTE: BRUCE JENNER is apparently not only transforming, he’s already picked out a name. The National Enquirer is the latest publication to jump on the Bruce-wants-to-become-a-woman bandwagon, but they’ve taken it one step further.

They claim he’s already picked out the name Brigitte. The tab’s source says Bruce likes the name "because it makes him think of Brigitte Bardot, who was a total bombshell.” Adds the source, "She also starred in [the 1956 movie] 'And God Created Woman’ and Bruce thinks it's just perfect since he's in the process of becoming a woman."

The celebrity news website Showbizspy gets in on the nonsense too. Their source claims Jenner originally wanted to change his name to Bruscilla, but when "he thought about it some more, he decided it didn't work for him. He said, 'It doesn't roll off the tongue very well. Bruscilla sounds like some kind of disease.'"

Rumors of Bruce wanting to transform have been making the rounds for a couple of months, but have picked up steam when photos of him leaving the Beverly Hills Surgical Center after a procedure to reduce his Adam's apple recently hit the ‘net.
