Mike’s the Stupid News – Woman Tried to Get Out of Shoplifting Arrest by Claiming She Was Rudy from ‘The Cosby Show’

After Leah Efay Davis got caught shoplifting four purses and four pajamas from a JC Penney in Provo, Utah, she tried to convince the cop she should get a free pass because she played Rudy Huxtable on "The Cosby Show". But Leah didn't just rely on the "don’t you know who I am?" defense. She also claimed she owned the mall that she was in; entitling her to walk off with any items she wanted.

Sadly for her, neither worked and Leah was charged with third-degree felony theft. And because she’d been caught shoplifting before and was banned from the mall, police also charged her with criminal trespassing.
