THAT'S NOT THE TICKET: A Connecticut man was tasered and arrested last week after repeated complaints that cops were refusing to give him a parking ticket! Michael Andes made several calls to police officers in the town of Shelton to inform them that he'd illegally parked in a handicapped spot and demanded that someone come and issue him a violation.

After repeated calls, officers showed up only to have Andes get all up in their grill because he felt they weren't doing their jobs. When he refused to calm down, cops used stun guns to subdue him and haul him away. For the record, he got the parking ticket he wanted.
