Mike’s the Stupid News: Boyfriend Busted after He Drops iPhone at Crime Scene

RUB-A-DUB-DUMB: A California man remains in police custody after breaking into an ex-girlfriend's apartment -- and leaving his I-Phone behind in her bathtub. Jason Scott Davis stole jewelry, clothing and personal items from his former girlfriend and evidently put his phone down while grabbing stuff to take.

The officer called to investigate the crime simply dialed Davis's number and pretended to be a Good Samaritan intent on returning the phone. When Davis went to pick it up, he was cuffed and remains behind bars on $50,000 bail.
