Hi, it’s Mike and Tricia. We’re rolling out our annual Pink Ribbon Week campaign starting this Monday, September 30.  Look for the 93.1 KISS-FM van, volunteers from the El Paso chapter of Koman for the Cure, and the young ladies from Zeta Tau Alpha in the Walmart parking lot on Dyer and Fred Wilson from 7 - 9 a.m. Along with education materials with important breast health information, and self examination shower cards, we'll also be handing out Pink Ribbons for your car antenna and lapel in honor of those who have fought or are now fighting the battle against breast cancer.

We’ve dedicated the first week of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month for the past 13 years to furthering the awareness and importance of early detection. Many lives could be saved if the necessary steps to identify this terrifying disease in its early stages were taken. That's what Mike and Tricia’s Annual Pink Ribbon Week hopes to make you mindful of the most this week; that early detection is the key!

So look for the 93.1 KISS-FM van every morning between 7 and 9 at one of the locations listed below, and make it a point to stop by and pick up the information that could save your or your loved one’s life!

Monday September 30 – Wal Mart parking lot, Dyer & Fred Wilson
Tuesday October 1 – Wal Mart Parking lot, Joe Battle
Wednesday October 2 – Walgreens parking lot, Geronimo and I-10 West
Thursday October 3 – Big Lots parking lot, Mesa and Resler
Friday October 4 – Bassett Place parking lot, near the electronic sign
