Mother's Day is a great time to reflect on all the stellar advice your mother has given you over the years. Moms just seem to have a knack for  sharing memorable words of wisdom. So we asked our listeners what the best piece of advice their mother ever gave them was. The responses ran the gamut; from the practical to the philosophical to the somewhat questionable. -Ida Elisa Delaney: Don't be afraid to spank your kids on the butt! There will be one time they'll really need/deserve it
