Participate in the Mexican Food Cook-Off — Chef and Restaurant Sign-Up

We are looking for the best Mexican Food in the regions for this year's Mexican Food Cook-Off!

This year’s competition categories include Local Restaurant, Best Chef, and World Restaurant (outside of El Paso). If you're a chef or a cook at a local restaurant, you're welcome to apply!

Who can participate:

• Any owner or cook at local Mexican restaurants.
• Any El Paso-area chefs of any cuisine.
• Any chef or cook in surrounding areas

This year, competitors must create their best recipes for the following: Fajitas, Enchiladas, Open Dish (Dish must be Mexican).

The overall winner of the combined three categories will receive a $2,000 advertising budget on either KISS FM, or KLAQ FM. The winning competitor in each category: Local Restaurant, Chef, and World Restaurant, will win a trophy and $100.
