With the Mexican Food Cook-Off  just days away, he's another segment in my "How To" series on how to do stuff. The staple of any mexican  household breakfast table is, the "Tortilla". According to Mayan legend, tortillas were invented by Aztec peasants, for their hungry King in ancient times, dating back to 10,000 BC. This bread made from maize, was later given the name "Tortilla", (Little Cake) by the Spanish. According to the Tortilla Industry Association, The United States consumes over 85 billion tortillas a year. That's not a typo. It's not 85 million, it's 85 BILLION..!!
