With states like Washington and Colorado legalizing cannabis, marijuana legalization could be possible in Texas.

Recently at an event in Arizona this week, John McCain indicated that he may be changing his view on marijuana legalization.

Then CNN’s chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, said he wanted to retract his former view and stance on marijuana and instead praise its medical potential.

And then yesterday former Mexican President Vicente Fox came out in favor of legalizing marijuana as a solution for the violence in Mexico. Now the Mexico City council is considering the legalization of the drug and of private marijuana smoking clubs.
