Sylvia Tarin the aunt of 2-year-old Maddilynn Hernandez is asking for people in the Borderland to be on the look out for the man accused of causing the death of her niece.

Police in Colorado have issued an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Kevin Diaz, on a charge of child abuse resulting in death. The family says he has ties to the El Paso and Juarez area. Reports on social media say that Kevin Diaz is a graduate of Montwood High School.
