Steve the Pirate and TV’s The Incredible Hulk are scheduled to appear at El Paso Comic-Con this weekend. Well, their real-life alter egos will.

Actor and El Paso native Alan Tudyk and Lou Ferrigno are among the celebrity guests at the comic book and sci-fi festival being held at the Convention Center beginning Friday.

Tudyk (pronounced “too-dick”), who was born in El Paso but did not grow up here, is best known for his role as the smart-aleck pilot Wash on the sci-fi cult classic Firefly and as Steve the Pirate in the 2004 comedy Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story.

He currently stars as Bruce Wayne’s cousin, Van Wayne, in the NBC show Powerless — the first comedy series set in the DC universe.

Ticket info and a lot more details can be found on the El Paso Comic Con website. El Paso Comi-Con is this Friday through Sunday, April 21-23, 2017 at the Convention Center. Cool, that gives me just enough time to get my Klingon outfit dry cleaned.
