Quintero’s is El Paso’s preferred supplier of U.S.D.A inspected portion controlled meats and processing services to its customers. They pride ourselves in product quality and still process most of our boneless cuts by hand. Quintero’s product offerings range from Beef and Pork Steakhouse cuts to Backyard Barbecue cuts. They also specialize in beef and pork cuts for the Mexican food industry.
Every steak from Quintero’s Meat Company is fresh and cut to order. Nothing is frozen and pre-cut. A fresh steak will stay fresh in your refrigerator for 3 or 4 days. Quintero’s recommends that you freeze any fresh steak that will not be consumed in a 3 or 4 day period. If you defrost a steak, hamburger patties, or hot dogs, Quintero’s recommends that you allow the meat to get to room temperature before grilling. If a cold or frozen steak is cooked on a barbecue grill, it will be tougher to eat because the muscles will contract while grilling.
