Known for a string of late '70s and early '80s hits such as "Reminiscing," "Cool Change," "Lonesome Loser," and "Lady," Little River Band is bringing its playlist of musical memories to El Paso.

The band is currently on a world tour celebrating its 40th year as a performing entity. A celebration that includes a stop at the Plaza Theatre this Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 at 8 p.m.

The group, founded in Australia in 1975, has notched six top 10 singles in the U.S. and sold more than 30 million records worldwide

The current lineup features bassist/vocalist Wayne Nelson who has been with the band since 1980. Nelson was first featured on the songs, “Take It Easy On Me” and "The Night Owls" in 1981. There are no original members or co-founders of the group in the present day incarnation of LRB.
