Las Cruces Symphony Association Brings “POPS Under the Stars” to Las Cruces

The Las Cruces Symphony Association presents POPS Under the Stars. POPS is an outdoor concert to be held Sunday, September 13, at the Presley Askew baseball stadium on the New Mexico State University campus.

The Las Cruces symphony will perform a variety of popular music including patriotic songs with a full color guard salute to the veterans, TV show themes, movies and Broadway musicals. It will be an event for the whole family to enjoy. To top off the night the symphony will play Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture set along with a fireworks display.

There will be food, drinks, beer, and wine all available to buy before and during the concert. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert will begin at 8:00 p.m. Seating is general admission so it is first come first serve basis.
