A 19 year old man was critically injured in a car crash, and police are looking for a witness who helped the man at the scene, but left before police could find out if the witness saw the accident. Do you know who that person is?  Please help us find this person.

Las Cruces police say the two-vehicle accident happened yesterday on Telshor Boulevard around 3:30 when the 19-year-old victim was hit broadside by Hummer H2. The 19-year-old was unresponsive at the scene and was airlifted to University Medical Center in El Paso with possibly life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Hummer and her passenger were not injured in the crash.

Police are looking for a motorist who is believed to have been behind the car the 19 year old man was in and possibly saw the crash. That motorist stopped and rendered aid, but left the scene before traffic investigators could find out if he or she had seen the accident.

Do you know who this motorist is? If you do, please contact Las Cruces Police. They would just like to interview the motorist so they can finish their investigation into this accident. The number to call is (575) 526-0795.
