LA Clippers Owner BANNED For Life From NBA For Racism

Donald Sterling, The sole owner of the Los Angeles Clippers basketball team, was issued one of the harshest punishments if not, THE harshest punishment handed down by any sports commissioner. 

Sterling has been all over the news recently due to his racial comments against bringing black people to his games.  His recorded rant has drawn responses from NBA great Magic Johnson, Rapper/Actor Snoop Dogg, and even the LA Clippers basketball team who stated a silent protest during their last playoff game against the Golden State Warriors, losing by double digits.

The owner, who is worth about $2 billion himself, was fined today by NBA commissioner Adam Silver $2.5 million, then brought the axe down when he concluded by stating Sterling was banned for life from the NBA and is now forced to sell his franchise.
